TURN (The Utility Reform Network) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for affordable and reliable utility services for all California residents. These informative videos are part of a larger set of 19 training videos, generously funded by Dignity Health. Their purpose is to educate Dignity Health employees and patients about electricity and gas discount programs available to California residents. These programs encompass the Medical Baseline program, CARE & FERA, and The Arrearage Management Plan.
